- Making full database and information about the university chemical materials and instruments.
- Underlying the obstacles and difficulties that prevent the department objectives realization and providing the suitable solution.
- Providing a method of integration and cooperation between the scientific sections to fully avail from labs and instruments.

Department WORK general plan:
- Putting general bases for the educational SERVICES development.
- Inspecting and evaluating the current situation at all faculties and related sectors.
- Scheduling the provision of sectors and faculties needs including labs in coordination with the concerned authorities gradually.
- Holding periodical meetings with the sectors related to the department to put time plans to provide the needs and beginning work.
- Essence of cooperation at the faculties and related sectors to meeting the department needs and to execute the objectives.
- Establishing a library for books reference, documents and database related to the educational SERVICES including labs, instruments, classes and museums.
