Administration of Academic Services

About the committee:

This committee is responsible for reviewing and auditing applications received from the authorities within the university and examining technical lecture rooms, it is formed by the general supervisor of the General Administration of Educational Services.

Committee Tasks:  

  • Review the orders received from departments and make sure the data is complete.

  • Review the detailed specifications of the devices and laboratory supplies and submit them to the Main Committee for approval.

  • Review the technical study records by comparing the prices offered by companies' offers.

  • Coordinate with the concerned colleges to complete all technical observations on the designated forms before submitting them to the Main Committee for approval.

  • Implementing all the tasks entrusted to the Committee shall be by the Chairman of the Main Standing Committee of the Devices and Laboratories.
